Field Trips

We were so lucky to have two field trips back to back. Last Thursday, we went to the Viking Diner and played bingo with the senior citizens. It was an absolute blast. They were so well behaved and had such wonderful manners. On Friday, we got to tour the Northland Community and Technical College Aviation Center. This was very fun! We learned how they made a lot of the parts of the plane and stepped inside quite a few airplanes. After the tour we went to Lions Park. We ate lunch and played at the park. We were so thankful for the beautiful weather! Last we stopped at Dairy Queen and enjoyed a Dilly Bar. That may have been a highlight of the trip for most 2nd graders. Spring Program

Sorry I am so late to update our blog. This time of year gets really busy! I can't believe it is already May. Time goes by way too fast.

Last week was our spring program. I have to say it was a great performance. I was so proud of the students. They put a lot of hard work into learning all their lines and the songs. The solos were amazing and everyone looked so nice on stage! We also had the display case for the month of May. I hope you all saw their awesome art work in the entry way.
